Free Dance and Develop

This is a dance much like you would experience letting go in a club on a Saturday night. Yet this has a difference. It begins with an hour of bringing awareness in , into our bodies and into the journey of sound and movement we are about to join. All of our groups are about meeting our comfort zone edges and how to embrace ourselves more fully. The invitation is to join myself and the group on 3rd of December at 5pm for three hours of real growth and real pleasure. Earthbeat, Saltburn. £20, £15 concessions.
